Large number of connection timeouts

Earlier in the day, Medsender security software was updated to block additional types of connections.

Around 1:38 PM EST, a misconfiguration inadvertently began blocking client connections and made the site unavailable for about 15 minutes.

As soon as the engineering team identified the issue, it was patched immediately and the site began working normally.
