Incident Report for Medsender

On 4:05 PM EST, our web application became unavailable.

Our engineering team immediately identified the issue and issued a patch. The system was down for a total of 6 minutes and 59 seconds.

We've identified that the issue stemmed from a client key used by our server to access a Medsender database. This client key had mistakenly been invalidated during routine key rotation. We quickly re-issued a new client key and updated the server to use this new key.
